When the Money Failed

When the Money Failed

Genesis 47: 13 Now there was no bread in all the land; for the famine was very severe, so that the land of Egypt and the land of Canaan languished because of the famine. 14 And Joseph gathered up all the money that was found in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, for the grain which they bought; and Joseph brought the money into Pharaoh’s house.

15 So when the money failed in the land of Egypt and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came to Joseph and said, “Give us bread, for why should we die in your presence? For the money has failed.”

16 Then Joseph said, “Give your livestock, and I will give you bread for your livestock, if the money is gone.” 17 So they brought their livestock to Joseph, and Joseph gave them bread in exchange for the horses, the flocks, the cattle of the herds, and for the donkeys. Thus he fed them with bread in exchange for all their livestock that year.

============

After putting his family in the best territory of Egypt, Joseph had to return to his duties of running Egypt. This as now year two- or three of a seven-year famine. The people came to Joseph with their money and bought bread. But they ran out of money.

My Observations:

  • The famine could not be prayed away because GOD had a purpose for it.
  • Joseph was put into leadership of Egypt and had to deal with some very difficult issues.
  • Egypt prospered because of Joseph.

Horses, flocks and cattle were given to Egypt so that the people would survive. The Canaanites and the Egyptians who could care less about GOD, were losing everything. Meanwhile, the family of Israel prospered. They were placed over the herds that were given to Egypt.

When the money fails, it changed the people. Survival was the new mindset and the people gave up everything simply to survive. Joseph used the wisdom given to him by GOD to make the Egyptians and Israel strong.

Challenge

  • Why did GOD tell Moses about the severe famine HE caused?
  • Are you in the middle of a severe famine?
  • What is GOD doing to make you prosper in the middle of the famine in your life?

Merchants Mourn

Merchants Mourn

Revelation 18: 11 The merchants of the earth also cry and mourn for her, because no one buys their goods any longer; 12 no one buys their gold, silver, precious stones, and pearls; their goods of linen, purple cloth, silk, and scarlet cloth; all kinds of rare woods and all kinds of objects made of ivory and of expensive wood, of bronze, iron, and marble; 13 and cinnamon, spice, incense, myrrh, and frankincense; wine and oil, flour and wheat, cattle and sheep, horses and carriages, slaves, and even human lives. 14 The merchants say to her, “All the good things you longed to own have disappeared, and all your wealth and glamor are gone, and you will never find them again!” 15 The merchants, who became rich from doing business in that city, will stand a long way off, because they are afraid of sharing in her suffering. They will cry and mourn, 16 and say, “How terrible! How awful for the great city! She used to dress herself in linen, purple, and scarlet, and cover herself with gold ornaments, precious stones, and pearls! 17 And in one hour she has lost all this wealth!”

============

Expecting to be rich, I asked for some stock tips from a wealthy person. I immediately purchased some shares of stock to practice my new route to extreme wealth! I watched “my” money grow for a minute, but then the stock began to fall. I decided to keep “my” money in. After a while, the stock went to zero and I lost “my” money.

  • The loss came quickly.
  • The loss made me mourn.
  • The loss made me stay away from wasting any more time and money, searching for something empty.

John, the disciple JESUS loved, was shown a great city that caused the world to sin in greedy ways. Merchants who had become wealthy mourned over the immediate loss of income from the lustful wealth they once had experienced.

My Observations:

  • When GOD said “The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil” HE said it as a warning.
  • GOD also warned me that humans cannot serve two masters and the choice will be between HIM or money.
  • GOD wants me to love HIM with all my heart, mind and soul, so there would be no room for loving things that could harm me.

Having money is not the problem, it is when money has me that causes many issues. I mean, when I can easily give to people and do not care if I am wealthy or not, then GOD can trust me to not fall into the temptations of wealth. Unfortunately, wealth is flashed in front of us, seemingly, every minute of the day.

Business owners face a dilemma of being profitable and serving people. GOD blesses fair scales, or prices and wonderful treatment of employees and customers. I gladly put GOD at the center of my business so I will not share in the tearing down of the thing that makes greed appealing.

Challenge

  • What detail does the writer mention?
  • Have you ever wanted to be rich or at least more wealthy?
  • Has money hindered your relationship with serving GOD?

Underemployed

Underemployed

Revelation 6: Then the Lamb broke open the third seal; and I heard the third living creature say, “Come!” I looked, and there was a black horse. Its rider held a pair of scales in his hand. I heard what sounded like a voice coming from among the four living creatures, which said, “A quart of wheat for a day's wages, and three quarts of barley for a day's wages. But do not damage the olive trees and the vineyards!”

============

Getting in my car, I noticed the seat would no longer stay upright. Having no money to spend on this, I figured out a solution. I grabbed a block of wood and propped up the seat. “There! Good as new!”

  • My wages were not enough to cover the expense of the repair.
  • My wages were only enough to pay for rent and gas to get me back to work.
  • My wages were not enough for any luxury, so I ate wisely.

John, the disciple JESUS loved, heard the third living creature say “Come!” after the third seal of Satan’s sentence scroll was opened. A spirit of greed was unleashed. Then John heard a voice from among the four living creatures. People would work hard and barely have enough money to eat.

My Observations:

  • GOD will dismantle Satan’s temporary kingdom by allowing greedy people to raise prices.
  • Greed will cause painful desires on the poor to want something better.
  • GOD is in control of what gets damaged and what does not.

Greed is a silent killer. I mean, the world praises the rich and powerful and says “too bad” to the poor and powerless. As greed escalates, new words emerge that make people desire a piece of heaven on earth and justify indulgences. BUT GOD has all the wealth.

JESUS looked at humanity and cared enough to die for it. HE saw a price that no one could pay but HIM. Life itself was at stake. HE gave HIS life so you and I would not have to. HE gave up everything for us. But now HE is the most wealthy being and wants to share HIS love with us.

Challenge

  • Does the writer convey unfairness?
  • Does it seem like the rich and powerful get richer and the poor stay poor?
  • Will you place your hope in JESUS who is methodically taking down Satan’s kingdom?

Safe and Sure

Safe and Sure

Hebrews 6: 18 There are these two things, then, that cannot change and about which God cannot lie. So we who have found safety with him are greatly encouraged to hold firmly to the hope placed before us. 19 We have this hope as an anchor for our lives. It is safe and sure, and goes through the curtain of the heavenly temple into the inner sanctuary. 20 On our behalf Jesus has gone in there before us and has become a high priest forever, in the priestly order of Melchizedek.

============

Wanting to be “rich”, I asked a rich person for investment advice. He told me about investing in  penny stocks. I tried it by investing in a random company. I watched the stock go up and my hope was elated. But when the stock went down, my hope receded. I did not sell fast enough and lost the amount I invested.

  • My hope was based on the performance of a hunch.
  • My hope was placed in the thought of getting money.
  • My hope was not stable because money would come and go.

Paul, the assumed writer, concludes his discussion about GOD’s promises being reliable. Since the purpose of GOD does not change, we can place our hope in HIM. This hope is strong enough to go into the inner sanctuary of GOD.

My Observations:

  • Hope is important enough to GOD that HE observes it to see if HE is at the center of it.
  • Prayer is something that is important to GOD, so much so, that HE keeps each hope filled prayer in a spiritual bowl.
  • Faith is something important to GOD and HE looks at it in measures and rewards me for when I exercise it.

Humans value money, fame and power. BUT GOD values hope, prayer and faith. These conflict with one another. I mean, when I try to use human methods to “feel” better, I can leave GOD out of the equation and rely on my own plans and abilities. When things go terribly wrong, I lose hope. BUT GOD has a remedy.

HE wants me to place my hope in JESUS, who was sinless and died to redeem the world. The tactic of not believing in “sin” or of having “my” truth will not stand up in front of the Living GOD. Only JESUS, who is the High Priest, will have the last word on all that I do. HE will examine my hope, prayers and faith and will deem me as being clean. I am glad I can place my hop in HIM.

Challenge

  • What does the writer urge you to do?
  • Have you ever placed your hope in money or a person or a job and been disappointed?
  • Will you place your hope in JESUS, so it can be sternal and know HE has the best for you today?

Not About Money

Not About Money

Philemon 1: 17 So, if you think of me as your partner, welcome him back just as you would welcome me. 18 If he has done you any wrong or owes you anything, charge it to my account. 19 Here, I will write this with my own hand: I, Paul, will pay you back (I should not have to remind you, of course, that you owe your very self to me.) 20 So, my brother, please do me this favor for the Lord's sake; as a brother in Christ, cheer me up!

============

“We are going to cut many positions” were the words I did not like to hear. I questioned if it was about my performance and everyone around me said no. Finally I got down to the bottom of my investigation. “It is about the money.”

  • I experienced a cut based on the bottom line
  • I worked hard, but to no avail.
  • I received an award for an outstanding team member as I left the company.

Paul tried to make it very clear that if Onesimus owed any money to Philemon, he would pay it back. He tried to implore on Philemon that it is not about the money rather about the relationship with CHRIST. If mistakes were made, or money owed, then Paul asked that it be charged to him.

My Observations

  • Money should not be my motivation for serving GOD.
  • Simply helping others should be the reason for when I am serving for the LORD.
  • Grace is what JESUS showed as the ultimate example.

Money is a motivator in the wrong way at times. I mean, it breaks up relationships if sought after in the wrong way. BUT GOD has a remedy. HE wants you and me to place people above the problems loving money can bring.

GOD sees people and will repay to each of us how we treat them. HE wants a solid relationship with HIS creation and money should not be the barrier to that relationship, especially when he or she has professed the JESUS is LORD. I am glad to help those who call on the LORD as the Savior.

Challenge

  • Can you feel the empathy from the writer?
  • Have you ever judged someone based on how much or how little he or she spent?
  • Have you ever needed someone to speak on your behalf?
  • Will you pursue helping people keep a solid relationship with those who believe in CHRIST today?

Worthless Commerce

Acts 19: 23 About that time there arose a great disturbance about the Way. 24 A silversmith named Demetrius, who made silver shrines of Artemis, brought in a lot of business for the craftsmen there. 25 He called them together, along with the workers in related trades, and said: “You know, my friends, that we receive a good income from this business. 26 And you see and hear how this fellow Paul has convinced and led astray large numbers of people here in Ephesus and in practically the whole province of Asia. He says that gods made by human hands are no gods at all. 27 There is danger not only that our trade will lose its good name, but also that the temple of the great goddess Artemis will be discredited; and the goddess herself, who is worshiped throughout the province of Asia and the world, will be robbed of her divine majesty.”

============

Needing money, I quickly thought of ideas for businesses that would bring in income quickly. I looked at triangle shaped schemes, get rich quick investments and begging a crowd for a few dollars each. None of them had any appeal. I felt lost.

  • There were times when I worried about money.
  • There were times when I considered doing “anything” for money.
  • There were times when I felt desperate enough to do something “temporarily” for money that GOD would not be pleased with.

Demetrius was a wealthy, known businessman in the community. He brought the business community together to speak against Paul, who was speaking about JESUS being GOD. Demetrius knew his business would be hurt if people believed in JESUS. Instead of changing professions, he formed a mob.

  • GOD wants me to keep HIS ways in front of me.
  • GOD wants me to base my decisions on HIS commands.
  • GOD wants me to let HIM handle those who will not follow HIM.

Desperation for money can bring on some extreme thoughts. I mean, when I walked in fear, I would lie cheat and steal to get a few dollars. BUT GOD showed me another way. GOD wants me to show love rather than hate when it comes to business.

HE is pleased when I pray for my enemies and treat all people fairly. Bowing down to GOD shows HIM I fear HIM in a healthy way. I am grateful HIS way is always solid.

  • Are you lying to yourself about your profession?
  • Is GOD pleased at what you do on your job or your business?
  • Will you look at the examples of JESUS and believe only in HIM for your next move?

Dependence

Dependence
Acts 7: 38 “This is he who was in the congregation in the wilderness with the Angel who spoke to him on Mount Sinai, and with our fathers, the one who received the living oracles to give to us, 39 whom our fathers would not obey, but rejected. And in their hearts they turned back to Egypt, 40 saying to Aaron, ‘Make us gods to go before us; as for this Moses who brought us out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.’ 41 And they made a calf in those days, offered sacrifices to the idol, and rejoiced in the works of their own hands. 42 Then God turned and gave them up to worship the host of heaven, as it is written in the book of the Prophets:

‘Did you offer Me slaughtered animals and sacrifices during forty years in the wilderness,
O house of Israel?
43 You also took up the tabernacle of Moloch,

And the star of your god Remphan,
Images which you made to worship;
And I will carry you away beyond Babylon.’

============

Peering into the grass I saw a dollar, so I gleefully picked it up. “This is my lucky day!” I said. The next day nothing, but days later I found five dollars. Weeks later I found a necklace, combs, and a stick pin. “This is a lucky lawn” I said to myself. Though out of the way, I made a point to pass by daily.

  • I used to believe in luck.
  • I used to believe in coincidences.
  • I used to believe in random circumstances supplied by the “universe.”

Stephen continues to explain what happened to Israel. Though protected, when Moses went to speak with GOD, they forced Aaron to make an idol to worship, like the good old slavery days back in Egypt. They were free yet dependent on a powerless hunk of metal. They were punished for doing so.

  • GOD wants me to depend on HIS power alone.
  • GOD wants me to depend on HIS word to guide me.
  • GOD wants me to depend on HIS love, faithfulness and plan for me.

Dependence on GOD does not mean I hold onto a portion of something while HE holds the rest. It means I cannot do something and HE takes care of one hundred percent. Very similar to being in a car with GOD, HE drives without me holding the steering wheel.

GOD wants credit for everything, especially salvation. HIS love is to be recognized and power awed. It is GOD who is my deliverer. I put my trust in HIM alone.

  • What are you depending on?
  • Do you think you can extend your life one second without GOD?
  • Will you give your trust to GOD little by little so one day you will have full confidence in HIS power to bring you out of any circumstance?

Cautious Confidence

John 13: 36 Simon Peter said to Him, “Lord, where are You going?”
Jesus answered him, “Where I am going you cannot follow Me now, but you shall follow Me afterward.”

37 Peter said to Him, “Lord, why can I not follow You now? I will lay down my life for Your sake.”
38 Jesus answered him, “Will you lay down your life for My sake? Most assuredly, I say to you, the rooster shall not crow till you have denied Me three times.

============

“I will never do that again” I said in haste. I was so relieved to be out of the bad situation, so I exclaimed how I would “never” get back into the same problem. Maybe a day or so passed and I found myself tiptoeing around the thing that got me in trouble in the first place.

  • There have been times when I was over confident in my ability to stay away from sin.
  • There have been times when I was over confident in my ability to follow what GOD says I should be doing.
  • There have been times when I just knew I would never sin again and be perfect for the rest of my life.

Peter was perplexed by JESUS’s words of leaving. “Where are YOU going LORD?” Peter inquired. JESUS had already explained that HE was going to die and be raised, so HE said “You will, in fact, follow ME, but not now.”  Peter in his zeal said “I am willing to lay down my life for YOU.” JESUS said “You will deny ME.”

  • GOD wants me to be confident in HIS abilities, not mine.
  • GOD wants me to understand that my Spirit is willing but my flesh is weak.
  • GOD wants me to know there will be times when I will do what I do not want to do and other times when I will do what HE wants me to do.

Being excited about GOD is great. I mean HE cares for me and is the most powerful being there is. Siding with HIM can give me confidence that HE can resolve any situation I can get in. But my confidence needs to be proceeded with caution. I should also know that I am still a sinner who fights temptation daily. My confidence is in GOD’s forgiveness when I am weak.

  • Do you have a lot of self-confidence?
  • Do you like to control the situation because of your lack of confidence in others?
  • Will you place less confidence in your abilities and more confidence in GOD’s love for you?

Church as a business

John 2: 13 When it was almost time for the Jewish Passover, Jesus went up to Jerusalem. 14 In the temple courts he found people selling cattle, sheep and doves, and others sitting at tables exchanging money. 15 So he made a whip out of cords, and drove all from the temple courts, both sheep and cattle; he scattered the coins of the money-changers and overturned their tables. 16 To those who sold doves he said, ‘Get these out of here! Stop turning my Father’s house into a market!’ 17 His disciples remembered that it is written: ‘Zeal for your house will consume me.’

============

Arriving on time, I sat waiting to hear a sermon at a church I visited. I expected the usual announcements, a couple of songs and then a sermon. The screen displayed book after book to purchase. The announcements were laced with events that cost money to attend.

Finally someone approached the stage who seemed like they were going to preach. They proceeded to talk about the new CD that was being developed that would be available for purchase. “I wonder if I should be selling stuff to this church” I thought to myself with a tempted feeling.

  • There were times when I saw opportunities to make money from those who follow GOD.
  • There were times when I felt comfortable with selling as a guise to “raising money” in the church.
  • There were times when I looked at the numbers of those who attended a church and calculated how much money I could make if just a few people bought from me.

JESUS went into the temple courts and found people selling their wares. It probably seemed like a great business concept to sell sacrifices so that the church goer did not have to think about the difficulties of raising an animal. Low cost providers moved in with dishonorable sacrifices of doves to get money from the poor who couldn’t afford lawful sacrifices. All of this made JESUS furious!

  • GOD wants me to view church people as money to HIM.
  • GOD wants me to see church people as an opportunity to serve GOD as the final destination.
  • GOD wants me to gather together with people to worship HIM and HIM alone.

Gimmicks to raise money more than likely infuriate GOD. HE performed HIS entire ministry without asking for a penny, so did John. HE does understand taking care of those who sacrifice their life to provide a gathering for people to worship. Give them food and shelter and help them tell people about GOD. BUT GOD does not need gimmicks. I am cautious of being comfortable selling anything in or to the church.

  • Do you think GOD cannot survive without donations?
  • Do you really feel GOD will stop existing if a certain amount is not raised?
  • Will you put more trust in GOD by allowing HIM to move people around to spread HIS gospel without worrying about money today?

Fully Supplied

Luke 9: Then He called His twelve disciples together and gave them power and authority over all demons, and to cure diseases. He sent them to preach the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. And He said to them, “Take nothing for the journey, neither staffs nor bag nor bread nor money; and do not have two tunics apiece.

“Whatever house you enter, stay there, and from there depart. And whoever will not receive you, when you go out of that city, shake off the very dust from your feet as a testimony against them.”

So they departed and went through the towns, preaching the gospel and healing everywhere.

============

“I wonder if I should take another class” I said to myself as I sought to be in a leadership role. I sat with mentors and asked their advice. After getting training and advice I wondered what else I was missing.

  • There are times when I feel inadequate.
  • There are times when I feel insecure about myself.
  • There are times when I feel I do not have what it takes to amount to anything.

JESUS does something radical. HE sent HIS disciples out to spread the Good News about HIM being the one who would save all of humanity. HE didn’t send them with money, clothes, food or a change of clothes. They had nothing the world could see. But they had something else.

  • When JESUS saved me HE gave me all I needed to do HIS ministry.
  • When JESUS pulled me into HIS family HE provided me with a purpose.
  • When JESUS washed me of all my sins HE sent me to tell everyone that HE can do the same for them and their families and their family’s families.

JESUS proved that ministry does not take money in order for HIS power to be spread. HE gives anyone who asks the power and abilities to spread HIS message of love and salvation. The message doesn’t need buildings, staff or tee shirts. GOD’s message can be preached daily to those who desire to hear. HE sends me with a grateful heart.

  • Are you broke?
  • Do you feel GOD’s word cannot be preached without money?
  • Will you accept the gifts and talents you already possesses and use them to preach HIS message of love and salvation today?

Childish Praise

Matthew 21: 12 Jesus entered the temple courts and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves. 13 “It is written,” he said to them, “‘My house will be called a house of prayer,’ but you are making it ‘a den of robbers.’”

14 The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them. 15 But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple courts, “Hosanna to the Son of David,” they were indignant.

16 “Do you hear what these children are saying?” they asked him.

“Yes,” replied Jesus, “have you never read,

“‘From the lips of children and infants
    you, Lord, have called forth your praise’?”

17 And he left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where he spent the night.

============

Looking under cars for coins, I missed the beginning of the church service. I wanted to buy a doughnut and did not have any money. I didn’t want to ask anyone for money and those tasty morsels were calling my name!

“Ministry costs money” is what I have heard over the years as justification for selling books, CD’s, DVD’s, fashion shows and fancy dinners in the church. For years this has puzzled me because at the end of the “fund raising” thing, I rarely heard if people accepted CHRIST or were healed or turned their life around.

  • GOD said to me “Your ministry does not have to cost a dime.”
  • GOD said to me “You can pray for people for free.”
  • GOD said to me “You can go to people, tell them about ME and have them return to ME for free.”

Ministry does not cost money, buildings do. Please don’t get me wrong, I think it is wise to have a building for people to meet. Sometimes the building’s expenses get in the way of ministry.

The Pharisees enjoyed their buildings. They enjoyed their titles and in order to keep the building and human programs going, they needed money, lots of money. Even though JESUS healed people for free, the Pharisees groused. Meanwhile the children praised JESUS in their innocence. They had no motive, no manipulation.

JESUS wants me to praise HIM like these children. HE desires me to do “ministry” for free each and every day. HE wants me to assemble with others regularly, sometimes in a building. My praise should be as childish as these children.

  • Are you stuck thinking your lack of money is why you cannot do ministry?
  • Are you praying for money more than praising GOD?
  • Can you praise GOD with childish innocence today?

Give Careful Thought

Haggai 1: Now this is what the Lord Almighty says: “Give careful thought to your ways. You have planted much, but harvested little. You eat, but never have enough. You drink, but never have your fill. You put on clothes, but are not warm. You earn wages, only to put them in a purse with holes in it.”
This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Give careful thought to your ways. Go up into the mountains and bring down timber and build my house, so that I may take pleasure in it and be honored,” says the Lord.

============

Swimming in deep water, uphill, in a blizzard was how I felt. Drowning in debt and low on wages, I could see the needs pile higher and higher. My car was broken down, rent was due, tuition was unpaid and creditors were calling. Who has time for serving when I am in this much trouble?

  • There were times when I thought life was spiraling downward.
  • There were times when I thought life would never bring satisfaction.
  • There were times when I thought all of my efforts were for naught because I did not seem to be reaping any great harvest.

Focusing in on money would excite some and depress others. I was in the latter because no matter how much I tried I just did not have enough. What was I doing wrong?

  • GOD said to me “Focus on ME and I will bless you.”
  • GOD said to me “Pay attention to ME and I will make your paths straight.”
  • GOD said to me “Ask and it will be given to you, seek and you will find.”

Lost and bewildered, I gave my life back to GOD. This time something seemed different. I did not care if GOD took everything away from me, as long as my relationship with HIM was fine. It took a while, several years but I noticed a huge change. I was not worried, stressed or lying awake. I was out of debt and living quite comfortably. GOD did come through with HIS promise.

  • Are you lying awake over something?
  • Do you feel tired of working hard and getting nowhere?
  • Will you take time today and focus on what really matters, namely GOD?

Saved by Silver

Ezekiel 7: 19 “‘They will throw their silver into the streets,
    and their gold will be treated as a thing unclean.
Their silver and gold
    will not be able to deliver them
    in the day of the Lord’s wrath.
It will not satisfy their hunger
    or fill their stomachs,
    for it has caused them to stumble into sin.

============

Broke was the word that best described my situation. It seemed like there were more bills than money. Weekly I would get yet another call from a creditor and it seemed like I was moving backwards instead of forwards. “If I just had a little more money I could relax” I thought to myself.

  • There have been times when I really wanted more money.
  • There have been times when I craved more cash.
  • There have been times when I wanted more stuff but could not afford it.

During this “broke” time I groused and my smile was seldom seen. I mean my life was a shamble right? Wrong! My dependence on cash made my life like a thermometer, hot when I had it, cold when it was gone. What was I supposed to do?

  • GOD says to me “The love of money is the root of all kinds of evil.”
  • GOD says to me “Put your trust in ME and all will go well with you.”
  • GOD says to me “Trust in the LORD with all your ways and all your heart and lean not unto your own understanding.”

When I calmed down I realized I had never missed a meal and I was living in a semi-paid for apartment. My job was difficult but I was getting a steady paycheck. I truly had a lot to praise GOD about. “You mean I can depend on GOD for my worries?” I thought to myself. This brought a genuine smile to my face. I felt heaviness fall from my shoulders. GOD wants me to smile in the middle of the storm without depending on cash or my wits. HE does care.

  • Have you placed too much emphasis on money?
  • Do you spend an excessive amount of time worrying about money?
  • Will you stop placing so much value on money and start valuing GOD?
